Step Up The Fight is the annual fundraising campaign from the charity organisation The Global Fund. In doing this they were calling on the world to step up the fight against HIV, TB and malaria in deprived areas of the world. In order to implement this, branding and a campaign was required that would run throughout the calendar year, culminating in the Sixth Replenishment Conference.
In an unprecedented show of global solidarity, donors at the Conference pledged US$14.02 billion for the following three years – the largest amount ever raised for a multilateral health organisation, and the largest amount by the Global Fund. The funds will help save 16 million lives.
